"Welcome I am Sarah Ziegler. I am an Ayurveda Consultant, Yoga teacher, Mover in the Healing Arts, Energy Healer and Contemporary dancer. Motion in the form of dance accompanied me since I was five years old. Feldenkrais, Alexander Technique, Body Mind Centering and Eric Franklin Method are the basis of my dance training and understanding of any movement. Yoga and Ayurveda are both living arts, that can accommodate my movement approaches in space, develop complementary and thus make each Yoga and Ayurveda experience special.”

Ayurveda & Yoga were a starting point to explore the world around me as something very special and unique. The world taught me, that the secret to any mystery in life lies in our heart. When you feel how the heart opens, then you know you are home. Yoga & Ayurveda show us how to connect to our heart through movements, Yoga Asanas, Pranayama, Mantras, Cleansing Technic, Ayurveda Massage, Ayurveda Nutrition, Lifestyle and Meditation. Movements give me personal, a deep connection to life. Through the none judgement of every new exploration of movement, I learned to perceive the life through the body and sense organs.

Out of my own experience I know, that when we integrate Ayurveda & Yoga in our life, our life will be full of love and respect to the mother earth.

Through our daily practice of Yoga Asanas and Movements, our marmar points and nadis in our body gets stimulated through the postures and movements we perform, so we can perform our daily life in a fresh and energetic way. I teach a very gentle and fluently way of Yoga and my aim of every lesson is, that you personal find your own way to perform the movements you learn. I will guide you through every lesson and help you to get in touch with yourself.
